So I’ve been trying for a couple days now, to update some VZM31-SN (Blue 2-1) from FW 2.00 via OTA in Z2M. I’ve tried the “one click” OTA in Z2M of course, and then tried multiple versions (2.xx and the latest 3.xx) via the manual update. Z2M shows OTA successful, but the FW ID never changes from 2.00.
I’ve also verified it is still “stuck” on 2.00 via the Dev Console. I’ve restarted Z2M, rebooted HA…not sure what else to try/do. Any troubleshooting ideas/suggestions I can try?
