Blue dimmer odd behaviour

I installed a bank of 5 blue dimmers . This one has been “quirky” since day one ..

Turn it on, it turns on

Turn it off it turns off
Turn it on again, the side bar goes up, but the lights don’t come on .

Press off, the led bar goes down, then boom the lights come on !

New user, can’t upload the video

Some additional info might help…

For the problematic Dimmer:

  • Connected with a Neutral? In the switch properties, does the “PowerType” match reality?
  • Directly controlling the Load? or through a binding?
  • Single pole or muti-way circuit?
  • If multi-way, aux or dumb switches?
  • Is there anything special about your setup that I may not have asked about?

Are there any issues controlling the switch through the “dumb” switches? or is it limited to only an issue with the dimmer?
