I have installed about 5 of the Blue Dimmer with mm Wave Sensor. I also have many of the blue dimmers without sensors installed. I am using Homey Pro with the Inovelli App v1.0.28 installed.
With the Blue Dimmer WITH mm sensor, I am unable to get any multi-taps with the DOWN button to trigger in Homey.
Example: I make a simple flow that should trigger on Down Button pressed Twice → Dim to 10%.
- If I run the flow from Homey (pressing the play button). It works
- If I double press the down button on a dimmer with sensor. It does NOT work
- If I change the flow to instead work on a Blue dimmer WITHOUT sensor. It works.
- If I change it to a UP button pressed Twice, it works on both dimmers with and without sensors
- If I try again on a dimmer with sensor, and try Down Button pressed Thrice, still doesn’t work.
Seems like the multiple DOWN button taps on blue dimmers WITH mm sensors is not sending the right message to my hub? I’ve tried it on 3 out of my 5 Blue dimmers with mm sensor, and they all don’t work with multiple down taps.
Any thoughts on how to debug? I’m relatively new to this space, hence why I chose Homey for a more plug and play solution. Thanks!
