Ive just installed my first blue series switch. I am trying to get the notification bar/light setup to come on when my garage is open. Ive checked that the edge driver is installed but when i create the routine there is no option to set up the notification light bar.
From the device page in the app, click on the three dot menu top right and then the driver menu. Provide a screenshot.
You may not have a driver menu so let me know if you don’t. There is an issue with edge drivers on the ST side, so let’s see what you have and go from there.

Ok, thanks. But you need to access that menu from the individual device page, not the room page.
ST basically jacked the Edge drivers. Not just Inovelli but pretty much all of them. This is probably the reason you don’t see everything you’re expecting when trying to set the notification.
Inovelli is aware and has been working with ST.
I’d recommend waiting a few days for either a workaround or ST unhosing this mess.

How do i create the new invite?
You don’t create the invite for Inovelli’s drivers, they create the invite. You can only create the invite for your own channel. That’s what’s broken, and they’re working on fixing that with SmartThings. They can either create a new invite link, or fix the old one. Either way, all we can do is wait.
