Blue Series: Switch Won't Pair with Zigbee2MQTT

Hi all, I have a bunch of blue series switches I am in the process of installing. The first one I installed is working fine manually, but it will not connect to Zigbee2MQTT (on a Home Assistant instance). I have an Aqara door sensor about 1 foot above this switch, and it is connected to Zigbee2MQTT without issue.

Am I missing anything to pair this switch? I have tried pairing using the “Auto-pairing” and the “Manual-pairing” processes.

Did you confirm whether the IEEE is part of the defective switches (manufacturer confirmed)?

I just checked and all of my switches are in that ieee. Thank you for pointing that out, I’m not sure how I missed the email!
