I installed my switch back in June, using it as a dimmer for my room’s led lights, and it’s been working perfectly until a few days ago.
Now the lights are stuck on full power, regardless of the switch being turned on or off. The led strip on the switch indicates the desired state (on, off, %), and I’m still able to control it over home assistant and see the state changes, but the lights themselves never turn off or dim at all. I’ve had to pull the emergency power switch on the bottom.
Check to ensure the Smart Bulb Mode, P52, is not turned on.
Disable Smart Bulb Mode
To disable Smart Bulb Mode on your Blue Series Dimmer Switch, hold down on the bottom part of the paddle (off) while simultaneously tapping the configuration button four (4) times (do not let go of the paddle when finished tapping the config button). Wait for the LED Bar to flash solid blue (and then let go of the paddle) indicating the switch has disabled Smart Bulb Mode.
