Default light level not working

Hi. I have Hubitat controlling a blue series 2-1 switch and a blue series fan/light canopy module. I am having trouble with the ‘Default Level (Local)’ parameter (#13). I would like the switch to always turn the light on to 100% brightness, so I set parameter 13 to ‘100’. Despite this, the light always turns on to the previous brightness level, rather than 100% brightness. What gives?!

I should mention that I updated the 2-1 switch driver to the latest version earlier today. Strangely, the behavior described above used to happen before I updated the driver, but only right after a power outage. To fix it, I had to go in to Hubitat and re-Save the VZM31-SN device preferences (without making any changes to them). However, that isn’t working for me now…

Please advise, and thank you

@EricM_Inovelli, please let me know if you have any advice to resolve this. Thanks!

Update: I was able to fix this by creating a rule to run the presetLevel(100) command every time the light turns off. Seems like a workaround, but it works.

Does the switch go to 100% but the light on the module doesn’t? Are you using binding from the switch to the module? There is a config option for the switch called 125 move to on off with level or something like that. If you enable it then the switch should send its level with the on command to the bound device.
