Failed firmware update

My blue fan switches VZM35-SN received an update to 1.08 through homeassistant with ZHA yesterday. Two of the switches work fine, but one is no longer functional. When the switch is turned on, the LED light bar flashes red, cyan, yellow, blue, off, then repeats. The fan itself receives just enough power to rotate. Interacting with the switch thorough scripts/automations fails, with the error “Failed to send request: Failed to deliver message: <sl_Status.ZIGBEE_DELIVERY_FAILED: 3074>”. I am able to read attributes through ZHA.

I reconfigured the switch in Home Assistant, factory reset the switch, and neither resolved the problem. I restarted Home Assistant, just in case that was the problem. I’ve started trying to figure out how to manually flash the firmware, to see if re-installing the firmware fixes the problem. I haven’t had much luck, it seems like most of the guides for how to do it with ZHA are out of date. Any recommendations or assistance would be appreciated, thanks.

I had the same thing happen updating to 1.08 on my blue fan switches a couple weeks ago. The only difference is I have 2 fan switches and one worked and the other didn’t. I was going to start the return process, but thought I should come here first just haven’t had time until now. I tried looking for a way to manually flash it as well through Home Assistant, but am not able to figure it out either. Home Assistant is showing the Firmware is 0x02020108.

I also had 2 dimmer switches I updated the same day but all went well with them.
