It is similar to this thread, except it HAS been working for months after installation and I am using the Hubitat hub: LZW36 Fan/Dimmer ZWave Control Issues
To summarize, local control works just fine. Hubitat commands go to the switch and the LEDs respond, but the fan/light does not. I have tried air-gapping the switch and rebooting the Hubitat multiple times. Everything was working like a charm as recently as last night.
This has occurred once or twice before, and the last time, after multiple attempts to fix it, I gave up and it did appear to correct itself so I let it go. I am using 1.36 firmware from Inovelli, and the Hubitat version 2.2.5.131.
Any other suggestions to determine what is the issue or what I can do to fix this?
