LZW36 Fan + Light combo switch, Z-Wave, used with Home Assistant, Firmware: 1.36.1.
This issue used to happen every once in a while, usually less than once each month. It has now happened about 100% of the dang time in the last 24 hours.
If I use HA to trigger on/off on either the light or the fan, it does nothing. So I get up and walk over to the physical switch on the wall (like a caveman) and press either of the buttons. And often, nothing happens! Nothing at all! Or, just as common, the LED bar on the switch shows the correct state, but the actual light or fan remain unchanged.
Tapping the up/down buttons next to each switch a bunch of times usually fixes it but even then not always, or at least not always immediately.
I have a bunch of ZW switches around the house and none are so finicky as this one.
