It’s such a shame that we can’t set the mmWave sensor to act on the switch without a hub. I want to install these in my house but I know that eventually we will be renting this house out. While I live here, I want to do more interesting things with scenes. But when a renter moves in, of course I will tell them it’s a smart sensor and they can set it up if they want, but it would be great if it could act as a simple occupancy light switch in the likely event that the renter doesn’t have their own hub or gumption to set up a smart home.

The default mode is to act like a standard occupancy sensor. Parameter 110 controls this behavior.
