I have a brand new VZW30-SN. I installed it according to the wiring diagram for a single pole with neutral, which is my use case.
When first installed I saw the LED bar light up, and it worked when tested, turning the light on and off no problem. but by the time i had finished screwing the facia plate on it stopped working and the led light bar went dead.
Now after testing with NOTHING else wired to it, only line and neutral, the LED bar stays dead.
Holding C and A for over 40 seconds I still saw no light in the light bar.
Using a multi-meter I confirmed 120v is there between the line and neutral terminals on the switch.
The air gap tab is pushed in fully.
Not sure what else to do at this point.
