I have had 7 of these light strips for a few years but the controller for one of them seems to have died. If I unplug it and plug it back up the lights just stay green. Pushing the buttons on the controller do nothing. Are there any replacement controllers available or a fix for this one? Kinda sucks as I was using these as kitchen lighting and now half of my cabinets are dark. I’d hate to have to replace all of these because just this one doesn’t work correctly.
I understand that the controller isn’t responding to some button pushes, but it might be worth trying excluding and factory resetting to see if it is functioning properly after re-add it. But if that fails, I’d submit a support request to Inovelli to inquire about what replacement parts, if any, they have.
Anybody have an extra controller they wanna sell? Lol
