I am experiencing the same issue on a VZW32-SN installed yesterday.
I have dimmable LED lighting that consumes up to 70W, and that the switch measured at 62~65W when it was on. Today after 12h of activity (where it was not on continuously), my switch reports 5kWh of energy consumed.
Switch is on FW 2.1, the issue mentioned above was supposedly fixed in Feb in that version according to Red Series mmWave Firmware Changelog | VZW32-SN .
