Red switch Z wave association problem

So I set up a four way. Three new red 2 in 1. One load carrying master and 2 smart aux. I preformed the 6 group 2 and 6 group 4 associations. Set the master parameter 59 to both. Everything works great. All Switches control and dim and all LED bars sync perfectly when controlled locally. The only problem is double tap up to full brightness. This does not sync the LED bars on the other switches. It does not matter if it is the master or the smart aux. Neither push a LED sync to the other two switches. Any other setting I am missing?

Add an association for group 3 as well and I think that should fix it.
