Hi everyone, so I wired up my first mmWave dimmer today and so far it works great! With one exception: I’m trying to get it to enter pairing mode and it just won’t do so.
When I first powered on I wasn’t sure if my fixture was dimmable so I immediately programmed it to be on/off via the paddle + config button.
When I confirmed everything worked I tried to press the button 3x to enter pairing mode and it didn’t work. Tried factory resetting and still nothing. Pulled the air gap tab and reinserted, still nothing.
All the while ZHA a few rooms over can’t pick up any new device either.
Any suggestions for where to go next?
