I recently added a couple of Inovelli Red Dimmers to my Z-Wave setup and am excited to add more but am hoping I am missing something to get them to report brightness level while the button is held. Currently the brightness level is only reported back to Home Assistant or associated devices when the button is released.
With Zooz switches there is a config setting for “Smart Bulb Mode: Dimming Reporting Behavior”, that allows each brightness level to send during dimming, and the final level at the end. Is there a way to duplicate this behavior with Inovelli Red?
I have tried my Inovelli switch with no load attached with Smart Bulb mode on and off, and the brightness level is only changed in Home Assistant when the button is released, whereas I can see it changing while holding the button on my Zooz switch.
