The topic is a bit of a mouthful I know, but I’m trying to figure out if this is a known issue, working as designed, or a simple oversight. For reference I think it’s not “working as designed”
I have a bunch of VZW31-SN’s that don’t leave their LED bars on.
Load level indicator timeout is set to 5
Default All LED Strip Brightness When On/Off are both set to 0
This works great when turning the switch on and off or dimming it, the LED bar shows the brightness and goes dark after 5 seconds. However if the light is at 100% and you hold up, or the light is at the minimum dim level and you hold down the LED bar never wakes up to show that the dimmer is in fact at either extreme.
I know it seems minor but I think it should wake up and show the dim level in that situation. I assume the code under the hood is only waking the LED bar up when the brightness changes, and since it’s not changing even with the paddle held it never shows.
