White series fan fastest setting not working when neutral in use

I ordered a few white series fan switches and have installed two of them. One works perfectly, no issues at all. The other won’t turn the fan to the highest speed. However, i have a neutral wire on the switch. I know the issue is not with the switch itself because I swapped the two switches and the switch that wasn’t working had no issues at the other location. I know that the neutral wire has at least some power because I have a tapo matter smart switch in the same box on the neutral wire as well (I have a dimmable one in the box with the switch that works fine as well).

Has anyone else had this issue or have any suggestions of how I could resolve it?

Using a meter, measure between your neutral and the load terminal. You should get about 120 VAC. If it is significantly less than that, then the issue is with the switch.

There was one other report of this issue. It was solved with a factory reset of the switch.
