I’m using white series on/off switch for bathroom fans, but found an issue after installation.
Issue: the fan can be turned on but cannot be turn ed off, blue light is always on no matter I click any button . Can only be reset at the electrical panel
It would probably be helpful to post a picture of your wiring. Unless you changed something in the firmware config, that’s the thing I would suspect first.
This is a known issue. It appears to be specific to fan installations. There is a beta software version (1.0.1) that appears to fix the problem.

I believe that there is now beta version 1.0.2, though I have not seen any release notes for it.
