I think I found a bug in the firmware of the switch. I am on the Hubitat and if I set this parameter to any value except to always report load level the switch no longer will turn on. I set it to 10 seconds, turned on the light through the Hubitat it turned on and immediately the lights turned off and then no longer was able to control the lights. Had to set it back to default to always show load for the lights to work again.
