I just set up my Canopy and Switch combo, but I was wondering how I can customize the low, medium, and high settings of my fan? If I just change the minimum and maximum fan speeds, does that become high and low with medium being between the two?
I have found out that this is not possible, even though there are settings seemingly for this type of control… the High, Medium, and Low speeds are determined by set capacitor values that are not adjustable.
That’s disappointing, I picked this product over the sonoff ifan to replace my lutron “smart” switches because I believed it supported a range of speeds same as the lutron. Now I guess I know why the combo light and fan switch isn’t coming back. I guess I’ll play around with breeze mode and see if it can get me that range between low and medium that I want.
