Blue switch hardware issues

How confident are you that you have wired the switch properly? Did you test the conductors to ensure you properly identified the Line and the Load? I’m asking as there have been others here that have experienced switch reboots when the switch is turned off, and the cause was determined to be that the Line and Load were reversed. Here is one thread:

Yep. . . I had the line and load reversed.

Blue Series Cyan, Blue, Yellow, relay click

I have 2 Blue Series switches installed on a 3 gang plate. The blue series when turned off will blink Cyan, Blue, Yellow then relay click and the LED turns off. This is with it paired or unpaired from the hub and only happens in the off position. If I leave it on, it doesn’t have an issue. This happens with a load and without a load. I’m using Smart things, I’ve triple checked the wiring and it has a nuetral with everything setup correctly. What do these blinks mean and has anyone ran into this …

Update: turns out my load/line wires were not colored correctly. I purchased a voltage tester as suggested in another thread and swapped the wires after confirming the error. Switch works just fine now!

Blue On/Off - Strange switch behavior as relay is turned off

I’m having the same issue on a 3 gang with two blue series in it. It only shows up after I lose power(CB or house loses power). I can fix it by unpairing and repairing but if I lose power again, it does it again. Anyone been able to figure this out yet? I’m using smart things and it still does it without any load. EDITED: Unpairing worked the first time. Now no mater what, I can’t get this to stop unless it’s on.
