White Series On/Off Switch Paddle Unresponsive

Bought 5 on/off switches to control AC fans on the bathrooms. Once installed i can add them to smartthings and turn it on manually. Problem its after paddle becomes unresponsive and led dodsnt show current status, sometimes on the first time turning on other times after a few switches. But i can still control the fan from the app just fine.

Pulling the air gap lets me use manually turn it on again but after 1 or 2 times only the apps works. Same thing happend with 2 different switches in 2 different bathrooms is there an update or anything i am missing?

I would follow the thread below. Others have reported the same issue. It appears that there is a firmware update, 1.03 that has been submitted for certification that reportedly addresses this issue.

There are multiple bugs reported in the thread, but look through it for ones related to the on/off switch becoming unresponsive.
